Serial System Ltd is a public-listed company involved in trading, design and development of consumer digital appliances, integrated circuits, related electronics components and provision of board level integration services and solutions. We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position in our Singapore subsidiary:

Accountant

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the accounting team, you will be responsible for:

· subsidiaries month-end closing

· management accounts reporting, month end reporting schedule.

· Liaise with internal and external auditor

· Assist with cash flow forecasting, Corporate tax/VAT filing and other compliance matters

· Assist with yearly budgeting.

· Manage a team of finance and accounting staff

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Accounting Degree or equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant commercial experience

· A sound working knowledge of fundamental accounting and taxation issues

· Candidates with SAP knowledge and audit experiences will be preferred

· Possess good communication skill and positive work attitude

· Preferably able to start work within short notice
