Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly management reports and variance analysis for management
• Performs financial analysis to support management in decision-making
• Prepares monthly compilation of data to support analysis work
• Identifies and drives continuous improvement of finance workflow and processes
• Responsibles for monthly and yearly financial statement closing process and reporting, and budgets/forecasts preparation for entities assigned
• Undertakes ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting principles with management and financial reporting and audit experience preferred
• Possesses advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve problems positively
• Able to navigate vast amounts of data easily, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and possess positive work attitude
• High sense of responsibility for work and professional ethics; with strong sense of confidentiality awareness
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changes
