Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounts.
• Monitoring daily financial transactions.
• Overseeing accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
• Ensuring that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations.
• Recognising and settling inconsistencies in financial records.
• Working with banks, public auditors and other external employees to keep financial records in order.
• Analyzing financial data and providing director with strategic guidance and recommendations on how to reduce costs and to help organization runs proficiently.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly costing, budgeting, balance sheet, sales statement and statistical reporting for the companies as well as recommendation for improvements of reporting systems.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Preferred Diploma cetificate holder
• Min 3 years and above of relevant working experience
• Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Positive attitude, independent, self-starter, detail oriented, good communication skills, strong team player and able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Excel will be an added advantage
