Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for day to day accounting activities and maintain full set of accounts including, but not limited to AP, AR, GL.
• Perform month end closing and prepare reporting package for submission for clients.
• Ensure statutory compliances including timely submission of GST returns, government statistical reports.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules, financial statement and attend to auditors’ queries.
• Responsible for cash management and prepare cash flow forecast.
• Other duties include checking of staff expense claims and involve in ad-hoc assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Possess good attitude, meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel
• Must be willing to travel to different offices (within Singapore)
