Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly group consolidation, including liaising with Group’s overseas subsidiaries on timely submission
• of monthly management report and review reports submitted by the subsidiaries
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management report, including variance analysis, budget, forecast cash flow
• projection, and any other financial analysis as required
• Timely closing of monthly accounts and preparation of year end consolidated financial statements
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedules
• Work closely with overseas subsidiaries/auditors/tax agents/vendors to ensure that all financial transactions and
• records are in accordance with applicable local accounting standards, as well as statutory and tax requirement
• Ad-hoc project, reporting, analysis and presentation by Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of post-graduate accounting experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Fluency in English and Chinese in both oral and written skills is a must (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• Analytical, meticulous and proactive work attitude is essential
