Accountant, Account Receivables

Responsibilities

• Provide support on AR collections & reconciliation, billing, audits, journal entries and balance sheet schedule preparation
• Ensuring all AR-related transactions are accurately recorded and reported
• Reconciliation and follow-up on overdue accounts
• Weekly AR cash forecast and monthly bank reconciliations
• Resolving issues with customer service
• Sending invoices on time and monthly Statements of Account (SOA)
• Ensure all relevant paper works and invoices are filed
• Preparation and reconciliation of quarterly output GST
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Performed other duties as required

Requirements

• About 5 years of experience in AR related activities
• Proficient in GST reporting
• Familiar with MS Excel and Oracle ERP systems
