We are a consulting firm based in Singapore providing Executive Mentoring services to CEOs. We also support Legal & Litigation, Business & General Management, Corporate Secretarial, Accounting & Finance, and Project Management across diverse industries in the region.

Job Summary

You will work with the Senior Consultant to support client lifecycle processes to deliver operational solutions across accounting, finance, HR, payroll, corporate secretarial, and business management functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary contact for enquiries relating to their accounts
• Drive client satisfaction through regular engagement, timely follow-ups, and proactive support to sustain ongoing business partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that support business growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure consistent communication with assigned accounts
• Coordinate effectively across teams to facilitate seamless client service delivery
• Monitor and apply relevant guidelines to ensure all client interactions comply with professional and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment
• Manage multiple client activities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational accuracy
