Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Maintain full sets of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations, including bank and related-party accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial records are maintained.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and coordinate external audit activities.
• Liaise with related parties and external stakeholders.
• Maintain related-party reconciliations and account balances.

Budgeting & Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and support financial planning activities.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and workflows.
• Support the Finance Manager in system implementations, process enhancements, and special projects.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
