Accountant cum Admin (Remote)

We need one owner for our finance and admin. Right now it's scattered. Invoices go out late, reminders get missed, and we can't fully trust our own numbers. This role fixes that.

You've done this before. You can keep the books clean, run payroll, file GST, and not need anyone checking behind you.

What you'll do:

• Bookkeeping in Xero, clean and current
• Client invoicing, issued on time and chased until paid
• Weekly billable reminders to the sales team
• Payroll on Talenox: salary, commission, CPF, correct every cycle
• GST filing, quarterly and on time
• IRAS filings and statutory submissions (corporate tax, IR8A)
• Monthly close plus a simple cash and receivables summary
• Admin and filing that keeps us audit-ready

You are:

• Experienced in SG bookkeeping and compliance. CPF, IRAS, ACRA, GST, you know it cold
• Accurate. You catch the mistake before it ships
• Organised enough to run this without being chased

You're not:

• Someone who needs reminding when deadlines are
• Someone who leaves things half-done because they "weren't sure"

Details: Remote · Reports to the Board of Directors · $2,300/month base

90-day success: invoicing clean and on time, sales gets their reminders, books are tidy, GST and payroll run without fires, numbers accurate enough to run the business off.
