Accountant (Full-Set)

Job Description & Requirements

5 days work (Monday to Friday) 

9am to 6pm

• Immediate Position

• Responsible for AR & AP, prepare / review Journal vouchers and keep (full set) of accounts
• Prepare financial budgets, analyze variances and business performance and prepare management reports
• Review GST returns and other Ad-hoc reports
• Liaison with external and internal auditors, preparation of audit documentation and financial statements
• Prepare / Review various Business Surveys
• Assist in cash flow projection and management
• Assist in Corporate income tax compliance
• Any other Ad-hoc or administrative duties as assigned
• Familiar with accounting software is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent is preferable
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in financial reporting and analysis is preferable
• Able to perform gross profit and variance analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
