Accountant (ID1405) (Up to $4300 / Woodlands)

Job Title: Accountant (ID1405)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am -5pm, Sat 9am - 1pm (Alt Sat)
Salary: up to $4300


Job Description:
* Keeping full sets of accounts
* Prepare monthly reconciliation for all General Ledger accounts
* Inventory Management e.g. stock code creation, inventory adjustments
* Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
* Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
* Execute Hyperion reporting
* Prepares VAT reconciliation
* Coordinate and liaise with external parties eg external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax agents where required
* Support and ensure compliance with all finance filings and reporting requirements per corporate and statutory guidelines
* Assist in finance ad hoc duties
