As we scale our operations and grow our client base, we are looking for an accountant to take ownership of our financial operations.

Please note: your employment contract will be issued under We Move Mountain. Greetsquare is the trade name and portal through which our services are delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full set of accounts
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasting
• Support annual budgeting process
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and IRAS regulations
• Manage tax computations, and outsourced service providers

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience - CA / ACCA 
• Experience with accounting software - Odoo preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a startup or small team environment where processes are still evolving
• Self-motivated, organised, energetic and independent
