ACCOUNTANT/ SNR. FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

The incumbent will be ~

• The key Finance person to communicate with HQ (Taiwan) Finance and SEA colleagues, for all accounting matters.
• The key Finance person to key in supplier's/ manufacturer's Invoices, to deal with SEA manufacturers, on any accounting related due to business operation function.
• Prepare GST reports for tax filing, ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements and audits.
• Work Closely with Secretary and to provide the supporting documents.
• Prepare of tax entries to IRAS and review on Corporate Tax.
• Monitor overdue AR balance and coordinate with SEA Sales teams on the collection schedule, and to prepare for weekly AR report for HQ Finance team.
• Act as a liaison and assist with local banks/ government agencies (i.e. IRAS), if the need arises.
• Assist in year-end stock take for internal and external audit purposes, and preparing of audit schedules.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin), in order to communicate with our HQ Taiwan Chinese-speaking colleagues
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Master in Finance/ Accountancy qualification or ACCA/ CIMA graduate.
• Minimum 3-4 years in accounting/ stock take/ audit work experience, familiar with full set of accounts and quarterly GST submission is a must.
• Familiar of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Company Act
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
