Accountant （FS/TECH）

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support the financial operations of our overseas computing infrastructure business. This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, compliance, audit coordination, banking matters, and financial support for business operations. Candidates with experience in data centers, computing infrastructure, technology, or related industries are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities for overseas computing infrastructure entities, including journal entry preparation and review, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Oversee employee expense reimbursement processes, review expense claims for reasonableness, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with local auditors and coordinate annual statutory audits for overseas entities, including the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and management explanations.
• Assist with tax filing, tax authority inquiries, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support daily banking activities, including bank account opening, account maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Partner with business teams to provide financial data support, budget tracking, and cost analysis for computing infrastructure operations.
• Monitor and support industry-specific accounting treatments, such as fixed asset depreciation, equipment-related costs, and energy consumption cost allocation.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of accounting policies, procedures, and financial controls for the computing infrastructure business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Prior experience in the computing infrastructure, data center, cloud computing, technology infrastructure, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Singapore corporate accounting, tax compliance requirements, and tax filing processes.
• Experience supporting overseas listed entities, financial reporting, or external audits is an advantage.
