Accounting and Tax Manager (Oil & Gas MNC)

Our client is a Trading MNC company, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounting and Tax Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

Role Description of Accounting and Tax Manager

• Conduct comprehensive review of accounting records for the both local and overseas entities.
• Generate monthly performance reports for the Abu Dhabi and London offices.
• Collaborate with auditors to review financial statements for quarterly and year-end audits.
• Manage and submit GTP (Global Tax Planning) reports to the IE (Internal Entity).
• Develop accounting agendas and presentations for quarterly board meetings.
• Analyze and oversee actual CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure) to ensure accurate cost allocation to each Trading Book.
• Manage the yearly Transfer Pricing Document.
• Prepare and submit GST (Goods and Services Tax) submissions, and oversee GST matters including implementation in other entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting and Tax matter, from Oil & Gas or relevant industry
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
