Accounting Clerk

Job Description

• Clear accounting invoices daily and reconcile discrepancies from various forms of payment collections.
• Fully manage claims submission for CHAS, Insurance and Medisave
• To clear outstanding payments from customers
• Work closely with accountants in identifying and resolving discrepancies/variances, ensuring accurate and up to date monthly account balances.
• Organize and file accounting documents such as invoices and receipts.
• Assist with annual audit preparation as required.
• Oversee accurate inventory management including stock checking, updating and ordering.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

• 5.5 working days week
