Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial documents, perform reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end closing, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including processing accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate cash flow management
• Maintain the general ledger by recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts to support accurate financial reporting
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliation reports, and internal management reports to provide clear financial insights
• Assist with GST filing and corporate tax-related tasks to ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations
• Review and verify staff claims to ensure adherence to company policies and accurate expense reporting
• Support year-end audit preparation by organizing financial documents and liaising with external auditors to facilitate smooth audits
• Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation schedules to accurately track company assets
• Perform additional finance-related tasks as assigned by management to support overall financial operations

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SQL
