Accounting Executive (Up to $4,200) #TNKC

• Process and verify office expenses, staff reimbursement claims, and business travel claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record and post accounting invoices into finance systems
• Maintain fixed asset registers and records.
• Prepare and process lease accounting entries.
• Support GST reconciliation and computation activities in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit queries with required documentation.
• Support finance team with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Regional Treasury & Inter-company Support

• Process quarterly interest calculations and prepare debit notes/invoices for overseas interest income.
• Monitor and follow up on inter-company interest receivables to ensure timely collection.
• Track and maintain Foreign Withholding Tax (WHT) certificates for tax credit and compliance purposes.
