ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

We are a growing and dynamic organization seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to lead financial operations and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Improve and implement accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
