Responsibilities
• Formulate long-term financial strategies and establish yearly objectives for the Group • Develop and oversee the entire financial functions • Regulate accounting systems to assure compliance and efficiencies • Coordinate annual audit process • Manage annual budgeting and mid-year financial forecasting • Tax compliance • Present regular financial reports • Lead IPO project • Liaison with regulators directly to ensure compliance with listing rules (after IPO) and local laws • Relationship maintenance with key financial partners in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau, and China etc
Requirements
• University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration • Knowledge of accounting management is essential • Overseas experience e.g., in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macua or China etc • Prior experience working as an Audit Senior or above in Big four audit firms • Exposure in a leading role in financial operations of companies in Singapore and Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong Macua or China etc • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information effectively and confidentially • Proven leadership capabilities in managing remote teams • Possess good business partnering skills with stakeholders across different levels • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive well in a complex and fast-paced environment
