Accounting Officer

Responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, budgeting, compliance, and supporting business growth through financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
4. Ensure timely bank reconciliations and payment processing.
5. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
6. Oversee tax submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
7. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external consultants.
8. Monitor company expenses and implement cost control measures.
9. Review and improve financial procedures and internal controls.
10. Prepare management reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
11. Support financing applications, banking facilities, and cash management.
12. Supervise and guide finance team members.
13. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
14. Assist in strategic planning and business performance evaluation

Requirements

• Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience (managerial experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
