Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Service Provider
• Position Title: Accounts Admin
• Working Location: East – Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Saturday 8 am-5 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information

• 1 year of working experience in a related field is a plus
• Training provided to an inexperienced candidate
• Familiar with Accounting Software especially Quickbooks
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
