Accounts Admin (North-East / Training Provided)

• Salary: $2000 - $3000 + AWS

• Working hours: (Mon – Fri) 8 to 5 or 9 to 6

Responsibilities:

Accounts & Bookkeeping

• Process incoming invoices, issue client billings, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Track project-related expenses and manage staff claims.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist the management team with monthly cash flow summaries and basic financial reporting.

Office Administration

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Organize permit applications, site reports, and project folders.
• Manage office supplies, scheduling, and general correspondence.

Requirements:
 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or operations-related role
• Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred
