Accounts & Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with invoice matching and verification
• Prepare and generate Purchase Orders (PO)
• Assist in invoice processing and documentation
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of documents
• Perform data entry and update records accurately
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts team
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, organized and able to work independently
• Flexible and good team player
