● Manage a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
● Assist with bank reconciliations
● Track expenses and prepare simple financial reports
● Support GST/tax filing and audits
● Handle expense claims for the CEO
2. Office Administration & Operations
● Manage office supplies, vendors, and general upkeep
● Handle correspondence (emails, calls, scheduling meetings)
● Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems
● Support HR tasks (onboarding, leave tracking, simple payroll coordination)
● Coordinate travel, logistics, and internal events
● Coordinate meetings, travel planning.
● Monitor deadlines for contract renewals, business licenses, and regulatory filings.
