Accounts and Admin Assistant

Our client is looking for an Accounts and Admin Assistant to join their team.

Job Description:

• Handling full set of accounts in AR and AP.
• Support year end closing and period-end closing activities
• Prepare intercompany balance transactions and reports
• Perform checking on invoices/claims or any other expenses related documents
• Process and maintain accurate records of payments
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year working experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Positive working attitude
• Able to work independently
• Working location in the East (near Changi)
