Accounts & Admin Executive

Creme Works is a HALAL, HACCP & ISO22000 certified Singapore food manufacturing company producing ice cream and bakery premixes since 2015. We supply our products to the foodservices and modern trade. As we expand our business operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. You will manage day-to-day accounts and help with the processing of our trade customers' orders.

Job scope

• Daily Invoicing & order processing: Processing of trade customers' orders and issuance of invoices & delivery orders
• Bank Reconciliation: Match daily bank transactions and payments with our accounting system
• Month-End Closing: Prepare accurate monthly financial reports
• GST & Tax Compliance: Assist with quarterly GST submissions

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in any field. Specialization in accounting & finance related field is a plus
• No experience required as training will be provided. 
• Proficient in MS office applications and Xero accounting software
• Good command of written and spoken English. A good command of written Chinese is a plus
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
