Company Overview:
L’ecole Food Company is incorporated as a distributor specializing in Bread and Pastry ingredients.
We offer fine bakery products to Confectioneries and Bakeries in Singapore.
The company has set its goal on becoming a major player in the Baking Industry.
This is an exciting time to join us and we invite interested candidates to join the team.
Responsibilities :
• Prepare full set of Financial Report
• Handle Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing and D/O
• Purchase order and liaison with customer /supplier in order enquires
• Prepare local and overseas payment
• GST submission
• Monitor and liaise with sales team for payment collection
• Monitor and liaise with sales team for stock inventory / expiry date
• Monitor shipment schedule and liaise with shipping agent
• HR: Monthly payroll, CPF Submission and IR8A
• To provide general administrative support
• Ad hoc duties upon assigned
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Excel, word, accounting software like MYOB
• Able to meet deadlines and multitask
• Ability to work independently
• Work Permit welcome
Working hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
We offer attractive salary commensurate with work experience
