Accounts & Administrative Officer CHS

Job Summary :

Location : Sembawang
Work Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 9AM – 6PM

• Alternate Sat: 9AM – 1PM

Salary : Up $4000

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, etc.

• Handle day-to-day accounts (AR/AP)

• Liaise with banks and logistics companies

• Provide daily administration and sales support

• Offer secretarial support when required

Requirements

• Well-organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Simple understanding of shipping and banking terms
