Accounts & Finance Executive [AP] - West / 5 days / $3.5k [0580]

• Location: Jurong East- Toh Guan
• Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions: vendor creation, invoice entry, and timely supplier payments.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review and process staff claims.
• Prepare GST returns and perform analysis of AP balances for month-end closing and reporting.
• Manage office fixed assets: commissioning new assets, monthly depreciation runs, and asset write-offs.
• Reconcile Fixed Assets Register with General Ledger and resolve discrepancies identified during annual asset sighting.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, finance, or related function
• Proficiency in accounting software / ERP systems
