Job Description

As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Accounts & Admin Executive to support our expanding present Singapore and region! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in similar role. We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

A.  Accounts Responsibility:

·    Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

·    Perform daily accounting & finance duties includingreceivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliationetc.

·    Prepare monthly financial and management reports formanagement.

·    Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger.

·    Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

·    Support audit and tax queries.

B.  Admin Responsibility:

·    Reporting to Sales Manager.

·    Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

·    Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

·    Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

·    Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

·    Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

·    Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

·    Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

·    Basic accounting skills.

·    Computer skill such as MS Office.

·    Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
