Accounts Assistant (Law Firm)

Salary: $2300 – $2500

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Carry out simple data entry and filing of documents
• Assist in recording payments and maintaining accounting records
• Support the Finance team with daily operations
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the firm

Requirements

• No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
• Candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Toa Payoh

Working hours: 5 days, 9am - 6pm
