• Able to perform and maintain bookkeeping entries into Xero accounting system. Prior experience with Xero will be an advantage.
• Support Accountant in the administration function of preparation and compilation of financial and management reports, and the preparation, submission and filing of GST returns.
• Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain physical filing and/or e-filing, as appropriate, of document records in support of financial reports.
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned.
• LCCI higher certificate, Diploma or at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Work experience in a SME would be an added advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Self-driven with initiative, ability to multi-task and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
