Accounts Assistant

• Process payment vouchers and handle accounts payable tasks
• Manage posting and recovering of expenses
• Assist with audit confirmation requests from clients
• Responding to inquiries from different departments.
• Aid in bank reconciliation and diligently follow up to clear any unreconciled items.
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy
