Job Summary

You will support the Finance Manager by managing daily accounts payable and receivable operations and assisting with month-end financial closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure reliable financial records
• Process supplier invoices and payments while updating vendor master data to maintain correct financial information
• Enter financial data and organize filing systems to keep financial documents orderly and accessible
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to facilitate clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
• Manage petty cash and liaise with suppliers to resolve financial queries as assigned by the Finance Manager
• Complete ad-hoc finance-related tasks to support the finance department’s operational needs

8.30am to 5.30pm
