Job Summary

Join a local accounting firm as an Accounting Executive, managing full sets of accounts and preparing audit and GST schedules. Contribute accurate financial records and support audit processes while demonstrating integrity and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare detailed schedules for audit purposes to support compliance and review
• Compile and submit GST schedules accurately and timely to meet regulatory requirements
• Perform accounting tasks efficiently and with high-quality standards to maintain firm reputation
• Demonstrate responsibility, integrity, and a positive work attitude in daily tasks
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations
• Support payroll processing as an added advantage to enhance accounting functions

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Accounting as a foundational qualification
• Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably within an accounting firm

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience handling payroll processes is advantageous but not essential
