Accounts Assistant

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle and process payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

• Assist with month-end closing activities.

• Maintain the full set of accounts for a small company independently.

• Provide accounting support to the Accounts Department.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:-

• Diploma, LCCI, CAT, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software will be an advantage.

• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
