Accounts Assistant, $3,300 (Near Bendemeer MRT)

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,300 (Depending on experience)

Location: Near Bendemeer MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

About the Role

Our client, a well-established company in the shipping industry, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Accounts Payable experience who are eager to build their accounting career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and close monthly Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA).
• Perform data entry into the accounting system and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing supplier invoices and preparing payments.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
