Accounts Assistant

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain and support daily accounting operation and function
• In charge of voucher and journals preparation
• Assist in handling monthly financial statements, audits and other management reports
• Responsible for liaising with various departments and accounts payable to keep records up-to-date
• Report to department head
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Job requirements:

• Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate) in Business, Accounting or Finance discipline  
• 2-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with audit experience
• Good communication skills, well-organized, detail-minded with good time management
• Result-oriented and data-sensitive
• Proficient in using accounting software & MS Office
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
