ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Scope:

• responsible for payroll, leaves and claims with proper record keeping

• apply / renew / cancel work passes of foreign workers

• responsible for foreign workers' dormitory check in / check out / all FW issues.

• apply / renew certifications of the Company and employees

• responsible for maintaining insurance coverage of the Company and employees

• responsible for covid-19 compliances, record keeping and liaising with authorities and employees.

• responsible for vehicle inspections & repair, road tax renewal, VPC, parking labels, cash card top ups reimbursements, accident claims, small tools procurement and claims.

• apply grants and follow up on claims

• ensure enough workforce at all time of the year

• liaising with employment agents, check authenticity of training certs, conduct video interviews.

• Other work assigned by your superior.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education required

2years of administrative assistant experience
