Job Description

• Position Title: Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00 am – 5.15 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized financial filing systems.
• Swiftly and efficiently process financial transactions.
• Utilize Sage Accpac software for various accounting functions.
• Cross-collaborate with team members to support overall department goals and objectives.

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience
• Experienced with Sage Accpac
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
