ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (AP/AR) / EXECUTIVE (FULL SET) / WEST

Summary

• Basic salary up $2400-$3700
• 5 days work week, office hours

Responsibilities

• Responsible in maintaining of full set accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Assist with General Ledger and Bank reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements report.
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission and other statutory tax matters.
• Assist to submit monthly CPF.
• Ensure timely and accurate month end closing.
• Monitor & follow up with customers on collection.
• Liaise with suppliers & keying in invoices.
• Maintain filing, document tracking.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Candidates with relevant experience will have added advantage.
