Accounts Assistant (AR/AP) – Central – Up To $3,000 Variable Bonus

• Position: Accounts Assistant (AR/AP) – Central – Up To $3,000 + Bonus
• Location: Central – Clarke Quay (Near MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly AR/AP aging report and submit to management
• Data entry of customer payments, perform cheques and bank transfer transactions
• Follow up on overdue account and payment status and arrange debts collection
• Monthly petty cash and credit card reconciliation
• Handle and manage petty cash disbursement
• Process of payments on a timely basis and update weekly cash balance
• Maintain book keeping
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Nitec in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
