Accounts Assistant (Operations)

• Handling basic bookkeeping activities.
• Assisting in the preparations and maintenance of financial records.
• Analysing financial data and generating reports.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with tasks related to financial operations.
• Responding to inquiries from different departments.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks are required.

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• A team player who is analytical, independent, meticulous and resourceful
