Accounts Associate

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;

· Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies;

· Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;

· Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;

· Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;

· Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;

· Assist in providing financial management services;

· Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;

· Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects;

· Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

· At least 1 year experience in external audit, accounting outsourcing practice and/or fund administration & fund accounting service provider.

· Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or their equivalent;

· Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and resilient.

· Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

· IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA and other modern automation tools are highly desired.
