Accounts Associate East up to $3.8k

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and payment preparation
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on payment-related matters
• Support month-end closing and basic reporting tasks
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Some experience in accounts payable or general accounting is preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
