Accounts Associate (Fresh Graduates Welcome) Remote

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Accounts Associate to join our team. This role focuses on high-standard bookkeeping and financial integrity, bridging the gap between traditional precision and modern cloud accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a solid foundation in corporate accounting, statutory compliance, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records across various accounting ecosystems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) while ensuring traditional precision.

• Compliance Support: Assist with regulatory filings, tax submissions, and corporate computations to ensure full adherence to statutory standards.

• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements with a focus on financial integrity.

• Systems Integration: Facilitate the transition of financial data between different platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in a digital-first environment.

• Audit Readiness: Support the team in preparing schedules and documentation for periodic audits, acting as a bridge between raw data and finalized reports.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in an accounting firm is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). A natural aptitude for learning new cloud-based financial software is essential.

• Attributes: High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of bookkeeping across diverse platforms.

• Language: Able to speak in English and Mandarin. This is because need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

• Location: You will be working for Singapore company.
