Duties and Responsible
· Full spectrum of Account Payable and Account Receivable functions
· Arrange payment of suppliers and Accounts Receivable payment collection
· Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system and Filling, inter company
transactions reconciliation, Import Shipment document, Sub-con claim and staff claim
· Prepare Monthly financial statements, management reports, financial forecasts, quarterly GST
submissions
· Year-end closing activities and liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and corporate tax
matters.
· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control procedures.
· Any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting assignments
· Work closely with senior account executive in day-to-day activities of the finance department.
Job Requirements
· Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Min 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.( Construction sector is preferred).
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
