Job Summary

Support accounts payable and office administrative functions to ensure smooth financial and operational processes within the company.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately to maintain timely vendor payments and financial records
• Perform office administrative duties to support daily business operations and enhance organizational efficiency
• Utilize Accpac software to manage accounting tasks and improve data accuracy (preferred skill)
• Maintain organized records and documentation to facilitate audit readiness and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queries promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Accpac software to support accounting and administrative tasks
• Experience in clerical or administrative support roles to enhance office workflow

• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
