• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management

Candidate to have initiative and keen to upskill and grow with company. Focused skills and attributes are as follows:

• Full Sets of Accounts & Payroll Processing

• Month-End & Year-End Closing

• GST Submission & Compliance

• Vendor & Customer Relations

• Financial Problem Solving & Error Rectification

• Liaison with Auditors, Tax Agents, and Corporate Secretaries

• Manage in-house accounting in Accounting system Xero

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.

·Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational finance issues, including billing discrepancies, adjustments and reconciliation variances.

Skills:

·       MSOffice, Teams, Xero Accounting Software familiarisation

·       To manage successful transition from outsourced accounts to in-house management

Gross Salary Range: $3,500 to $4,800 per month
